Absolutely. As a company, we believe in building lasting relations with our clients and raising the bar across all aspects of understanding the design, construction and client servicing. We are always there to help you with any assistance that you may require even after completion of the project.

There is no thumb rule. A project cost depends on the design, bill of quantities, material selection, site location, facilities available at site, working hours, etc. Once these are known to us, we can submit a quote.

Yes. We have executed projects at multiple locations be it a metro city or otherwise. We have executed projects at many challenging locations and our team has come out winners after successful project completion through situations like the Covid pandemic, extreme weather conditions etc.

We at Indeco commit the timeline after checking some basic requirements - Firstly, whether all the drawings are completed by issuing authority and finishes are selected and approved by the client/architect. Next, the availability of all selected/shortlisted materials. Given that there are no hindrances during working hours like power cuts, permissions from building authorities, completion of works by other agencies, with whom any of our scope of work is related/dependent, we have a reputation to adhere to the timelines committed by us. Also, timely disbursements of payments as per mutually agreed terms and conditions are a necessity. While making a commitment, we take into account, the possibility of any unforeseen incidents happening wherein the project has to be stalled. Team Indeco, under its means, will stick to daily working hours and target small milestones to keep the project timelines to a minimum.

We follow a thorough process. Before executing any project we create a checklist and project plan that ensures that we adhere to the specifications. Further our expert team ensures that we adhere to drawings and details, material specifications and maintain a close eye for detail and finishes. Thus, quality remains uncompromising.

As a company policy, Indeco Consortium does not take up projects on labour contract basis.
